This is a quick post but I wanted to catch up on a few things. I got a job at Snow College painting the dorms! It has been good, even fun, but I'm really sore! Who knew that's what painting would do to you!
Trying to finish everything up for our dance/musical theater recital on the 19th! So excited!
I got all my grades back and got all A's (two were A-, but I'm not complaining). I'm not sure how that happened because I was really struggling in two of my classes especially, but it just reminds me that the Lord has a plan for my life, probably different from my own plan, and that I just need to trust and follow him! That brings me so much peace and happiness!
It's my parent's anniversary today so they went up north! Therefore dearest Emma is wanting me to finish this so we can go to McDonalds for dinner. Not the healthiest choice but it's become a tradition that whenever my Mom and Dad go somewhere for their anniversary we go to McDonalds. Someday maybe we'll think of a better tradition ;o)
Well, things are good though I very, very tired! It's been good to stay busy!

Finished with Finals!!!!!

Well just finished all my finals! I'm just grateful that they're done and I don't really want to know what my grades are ;o)
It has been a good semester! Filled with stress but a lot of fun. This is a very bitter sweet feeling! Won't miss the homework but will REALLY miss my classes and all of my friends that are graduating!
I probably won't get to write much during the Summer, not that I wrote a lot during this last semester. ;)
I applied for a Summer job at Snow College but haven't heard back yet. We'll see what the next few months bring, but I am excited for next semester!

Hello again

It's been awhile. Well, thinks are going good, but I am anxious for school to be over. Actually I'm anxious for homework to be over. I'm enjoying my classes and I'll be sad when they're over. I have a lot of great friends I am going to miss seeing.
Time has gone by so fast this semester!!! Today it's really warm and I LOVE IT!!!
General Conference was wonderful! I decided that I am in missionary mode because I mentioned to my mom about all the wonderful talks about missionary work and she said "I don't remember there being a lot of talks about missionary work." I guess you hear what you are thinking a lot about. I can't wait for a mission! If the Lord has other plans for me than serving a full time mission, I will be happy with that but I want to go on a mission very badly!!!! I do know how I am going to be able to wait a year!

Hooray for Spring Break!

Howdy everyone! Well I just have two more classes to go (tomorrow) before my spring 'break' officially starts! I am very grateful for the week long break!!! I need some time to re-focus myself!
My birthday went terrific and I couldn't ask for better family and friends! My favorite present was from my parents. It was a beautiful white temple dress that I had mentioned to my mother when I saw it that it was a dress that I would like when I go through the temple. Now it is something to always remind me of my goal and what I want to do most! I am anxiously preparing for that day and can hardly wait!!!
Though spring break will be a break from school I'll still have dance and teaching. But those are the funner things anyway! I am LOVING Musical Theater and am so thankful that I felt that the Lord was okay with me doing it again!
Well, better go. Hope everyone is having a wonderful March 1st! I have a lot to do this month but I'm excited, mostly ;o) Ta Ta for now!

Almost 20

Now that February is almost over I am finally getting to write again. Things are going well. I am a little stressed with classes but overall it's going pretty good. I finally decided what I am going to Major in if I go to BYU. History!!! I am super excited!!! One decision down now a billion more to go! I don't like decisions!

Another thing that has been on my mind is that I am going to turn 20 this Monday (the 27th). This is weird for me! But I am excited. It makes me think back to the last year and to the future. I honestly have no clue what I will be doing in the next few years. Almost everything is completely out of my hands. I am just glad that it is in the hands of the Lord and that there is no one more capable. Thank heaven for tender mercies!!!!!

Almost to February

Don't have any homework that I can do at the moment so I finally have a little bit of time to write! Things are good mostly. Just trying to get in the swing of things. A little less than one month until my 20th birthday. I'm super excited! For the past several months the little girls would ask how old I was (yes more than once) and I'd say "Twent.. I mean nineteen." Not sure why I would always do that, but pretty soon I won't have to worry about that anymore. ;o)
I decided that something I REALLY want this year is my own digital camera. Not sure why it is so hard to bring my family's camera to download pictures on the Internet at school but it is.
I also want a camera because I am planning to go on a mission in a little more than a year from now. I heard about a service mission for the church where you audition and are then called (only 20 out of about 200 make it) to go and do musical theater productions at Nauvoo! So that's the plan but if I don't do that I'll probably just do a regular mission, so either way! Pictures from that experience are mandatory! ;o)
I am SO SO sick of school, but I still have to go so oh well! ;o)
Better head now. I have institute in 15 minutes. I LOVE that class! hehe

New Year

Well, the New Year has begun and I am quite overwhelmed!!! There have been many good things though. For starters, because of a couple changes in circumstances I am going to try to do the Musical Theater Sr. Company at Manti Music and Dance again. I am SUPER excited but I little worried about fitting it in with school, but oh well.
Classes are interesting, and books cost SO much!!!!!!!!!! That drives me nuts, but oh well with that too! ;o)
Things are good though. I am very grateful for Martin Luther King Jr. Day which will give me a little extra time to catch up on things I need to do at home.
